The Workers' Advisor helps both unionized and non-unionized workers and provides the following services free of charge to injured workers and their dependents:

• information concerning the Compensation system;
• help to interpret the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act and Regulations;
• education on policies and practices of the Commission and the Workers' Compensation Review Division;
• acts as a liaison between injured workers and the Commission and the Workers' Compensation Review Division.

This person does not work for the Commission.
