BORROWING INSTRUCTIONS
- All videos are available for loan, free of charge. However, damaged videos caused by
user abuse may result in loss of borrowing privileges.
- Shipping costs are paid by the WHSCC on outgoing material. The borrower is
responsible for any return shipping charges.
- Holds can be requested on videos, for more popular titles holds are recommended.
- A maximum number of three videos may be borrowed at any one time.
- The normal lending period is 14 days for patrons within the St. John’s area and 21 days
for those outside the metropolitan area. Extensions can be requested by contacting kconnors@whscc.nl.ca.
- Videos must be returned by the due dates in order to maintain borrowing privileges.
- Videos damaged or lost caused by user neglect is the responsibility of the borrower.
