Grades 7-12 - $2,000 in cash to be awarded!
WorkplaceNL is once again encouraging youth to work safe with a radio and video ad contest. Get creative and develop a radio or video ad in any style that tells your friends about the importance of workplace health and safety.
We like to think we’re invincible. But the truth is, young workers are injured in the workplace daily. On average two young workers between the ages of 15 and 24, are hurt on the job every day in Newfoundland and Labrador. The one common thing about these injuries is that they are preventable.
If you are a Grade 7-12 student, now is your chance to get creative and make a RADIO AD or a SAFETY VIDEO to share your thoughts on workplace health and safety and injury prevention.

When the contest closes, viewers will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite video submission from the Top 10 entries.
