Q. What is the number for the referral line? A. 1-866-455-6565
Q. When can I call the referral? A. The line will accept calls using a voice mailbox 24 hours
any day, seven days a week and will be answered
from 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Q. Are callers anonymous? A. Yes. The confidentiality of your call is protected. The only way a caller’s identity would be known is if the caller provides it. We do not subscribe to "caller id."
Q. Do I get paid for the information I provide? A. No
Q. What type of calls will the referral line accept? A. Matters related to financial loss to the Commission, resulting from fraudulent activity by an employer, worker, vendor, third party supplier or health care provider.
